Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients needed Yields 2 Dozen Large Rolls

3 ½ c warm water ¾ c sugar

½ c oil 6 tsp yeast

1 tsp salt 3 eggs

10 ½ c flour 1 c sugar

1Tbsp Cinnamon 1 c melted butter

1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla

6 c Powdered sugar Milk

Stir together 3 ½ cups water (approx. 100-110*), ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup oil, and 6 tsp active dry yeast. Allow to set for 15 minutes

Mix in 1 tsp salt, 3 eggs, and 10 ½ cups of flour (more or less flour may be necessary to acquire desired consistency). Mix or knead dough for about 10 minutes then allow to set for 10 minutes.

Mix together 1 cup sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Set aside.

Turn dough out, onto lightly oiled cabinet. Separate dough in half. Roll one half into large rectangle (approx 20”x32”) spread dough with ¼ cup melted butter, apply half of your cinnamon sugar mixture, roll dough from the short side, cut into 12 equal parts, placing them on a greased cookie sheet. Repeat with other half of dough. Allow to rise in warm area of the kitchen, bake at 400* for 12 -15 minutes.

Frosting

Mix ½ cup melted butter, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla, 6 cups powdered sugar, and a splash of milk in medium bowl. Add warm frosting to the top of cinnamon rolls as they cool.

first pictureok so I wanted to start easy so I will start with this. You will need:

  • a canvas
  • a blow dryer
  • crayons
  • hot glue gun

so first take the paper off of the crayons and then, you glue the crayons on top of the canvas and start melting away. When you think you are done than let it dry completely. Than your done
